How to Set Event Ticket Expire Before Minutes?

The default is 0, but you can input any number of minutes.
Description:
Please enter the number of minutes before the event start time during which ticket booking or registration will be disabled.
Setting this value helps you close bookings in advance of the event. For example, if you enter 30, ticket sales will close 30 minutes before the event begins.
